For Orchestra Teachers

REPAIRS

Keeping pace with the costs of running an orchestra program is difficult, especially with the common repair needs that come with a growing instrument inventory. But meeting the needs of your students is vital to a successful program.

We can help you stretch your budget further because we offer reasonable prices and solid service.

  • Comprehensive Instrument Assessment: Each summer, we will visit your school on-site and look through your entire inventory to assess your repair needs. We let you know what repairs are essential, which are recommended, and which can be delayed. We determine a cost for the repairs you choose and stick to that cost so you can better manage your budget. In addition, as long as your repairs exceed $500, we pick-up and deliver the instruments free of charge. If your repairs are less than $500, but you prefer we deliver your instruments to your school, we will deliver between 7:30 and 9 in the morning.
  • Repairs that Last: We know the abuse that your instrument inventory suffers at the hands of new musicians. It’s frustrating keeping up with repairs while trying to focus on teaching. We do everything we can to make sure your experience is satisfying. We craft our bridges extra sturdy to withstand warping, bending, and breakage. We have found little to no loss of sound production, but a great increase in bridge-life. If one of our repairs should need attention, we stand by our work and will correct the problem without charge.
  • Convenient Pick-up and Drop-off Service: It’s difficult to find the time (and the vehicle space) to be constantly taking instruments in for repair. We offer instrument retrieval and delivery. Let us arrange to pick up your instrument between 7:30 and 9 am. Trip fees are as follows: For Highland, Alpine, American Fork, PG, and East Lehi (east of Traverse Mountain): $30. For Orem, Lehi, Vineyard: $35. For Provo, Springville, Saratoga, Draper, and the Ranches: $40. For Springville, Spanish Fork, Herriman, Sandy: $45.
